We stand by the quality of our products and aim to keep things fair and straightforward.
- Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used or damaged items (not due to fault) will not be eligible for return.
